The Creative Director/Pastor will lead, create, and execute quality, understated, distraction-free worship services for people to grow their faith and more fully follow Jesus. This team member also recruits, trains, manages, and collaborates with contractors and volunteers to create a healthy culture, and continuously evaluates and improves the effectiveness of our worship services.
